Not only did the staff assist me in finding a lost earring, but the cozy heating in the room and well-stocked mini-bar added to the luxurious experience. The terrace with garden furniture offered a serene spot to unwind, while the free toiletries and flat-screen TV exemplified the hotel's commitment to ensuring a truly indulgent stay. The Oberstaufen Plus card included in the package was a delightful bonus that allowed me to explore the charming town effortlessly. Hirsch exceeded all my expectations, making it a standout choice for a lavish and pampering retreat.
